Privacy Policy
This page describes how AIA Professional Services handles information you provide when you request service, call, email, or otherwise inquire about an appointment. It is a launch-ready foundation and may be refined before the public cutover.
Information We Collect
When you submit a service request or contact AIA, you may provide name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, service type, document descriptions, signer counts, location details, scheduling preferences, organization information, and notes about access or identification.
AIA uses this information to review whether an appointment can be offered, communicate about logistics, and keep a record of the inquiry. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
Sensitive Documents
Do not upload or transmit Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents unless AIA specifically requests them through an appropriate method after the inquiry is reviewed.
Analytics and Cookies
This site is prepared for optional analytics that may record page views and selected button or form events. No paid analytics product is active in this build. If analytics are enabled later, they will be used to understand how visitors use the site, not to sell personal information.
Sharing
AIA does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with a service provider only as needed to receive or store a form submission, or when required by law.
Retention and Questions
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to review, schedule, complete, or follow up on a request, and to meet ordinary business-record needs. Privacy questions may be directed through the Request Service page or the published contact details shown in the site footer.
