What an Organization Relationship Does Not Change

Even when a facility, church, employer, or nonprofit helps with scheduling, the signer remains the person whose signature is being notarized. AIA still confirms identity, willingness, awareness, and the requirements of the requested act.

Staff generally do not need to review private documents, choose legal forms, interpret legal language, or decide whether someone should sign.
